PATRICIA SENNEQUIER
FOUNDER AND PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Patricia is an EMCC-accredited senior coach practitioner with 30 years' extensive professional experience at Price Waterhouse (CCP), Oracle and the United Nations. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Maîtrise from Paris-Dauphine, and was awarded the prestigious 2021 International Coaching Award by the EMCC in 2022, guaranteeing the high quality of our program.
Adeline is a trainer, educational engineer and certified coach with over 20 years' experience, including 8 years in HR leadership positions, notably as HR Director. participates in some of the live sessions. She holds an engineering degree and a master's in HR from IGS (a leading higher education institution in the field of HR in France)
Bamba is a coach, international consultant, and master trainer. He has over 25 years of professional experience. Specializing in supporting entrepreneurs, leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and very small enterprises (VSEs), and executives operating in multicultural contexts, he is certified in coaching by one of the leading French coaching training institutes and is a certified master trainer by the ILO (International Labour Organization), for which he has trained over 100 trainers worldwide..
He has extensive experience in the development sector, particularly on projects funded by USAID, and possesses the rare ability to be equally comfortable with leaders of large international organizations in New York as with rural micro-entrepreneurs in the countryside of West Africa..
Claude has been coaching managers and executives since 2015. Previously, he held General Manager positions, both within multinationals (EXXON MOBIL) and on his own, having been able to take over some of EXXON's activities in West Africa.
It was after obtaining an MBA from INSEAD that he joined the private sector, following an early career at the University as a Doctor in Mathematics (UCAD).
Claude has over 500 hours of coaching experience with numerous prestigious clients. He has been certified as a Coach by Top Team World as part of a training program accredited by the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC). He is also certified to facilitate the CoachingOurselves and FICS modules.
Papa Moussé is a coach, facilitator, and practitioner in individual, team, and organizational development since 2007. He supports organizations in Senegal and internationally on issues related to human dynamics, leadership, team development, human resource management, and change management. He also has proven experience in facilitating large groups, strategic meetings, and international retreats..
